Johnathan Foege, Esq.
Florida-raised, trained in international affairs and Italian, and a two-year Jessup competitor. Johnathan handles Spanish and Italian matters and writes much of the firm's tariff coverage.

Born and raised in Florida, Johnathan attended Florida State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in International Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Italian Language and Culture with a minor in Linguistics.
His interest in international trade took him to the Florida State University College of Law. There he competed for two years in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and served as vice president of the FSU International Law Students Association. He graduated in 2024 with a Certificate in International Law with honors.
Johnathan began at Liang + Mooney as a law clerk in 2023 and joined as an associate attorney after graduation. He appears with Shannon Liang in the firm's Court of International Trade cases, including the 2025 antidumping and countervailing duty appeals on low-speed vehicles and the IEEPA refund actions, and he writes a large share of the firm's Insights coverage of Section 232, Section 301 and the IEEPA litigation.
Clients who prefer Spanish or Italian can write to him directly at jfoege@customscourt.com.

A call or an email costs nothing and gives an attorney the facts of your matter. We will tell you the fee, or the fee options, before any work begins. Some matters are hourly, some flat fee, and currency seizures are contingency.
