Public matters

The record, as the courts published it.

Most of the firm's work never becomes public: petitions, protests, prior disclosures and settlements stay between the client and the agency. The matters below are drawn from published opinions and public dockets, and each entry says only what that record says. Results depend on the facts of each case, and no outcome is promised.
